Paul Heathcote - MBE

Heathcotes Outside founder Paul Heathcote was awarded an MBE in the 2009 Queen's Birthday Honours list for services to the hospitality industry in the North West.

Paul founded Heathcotes Outside in 1997 and the company has grown to become one of the North West's leading catering companies. 

Paul said he was "surprised but quietly delighted" and added: "My wife, Gabbi, had opened the letter and waited until we were all sat down around the dinner table before she read it out.  My kids, Sam, 10, and Georgia, 12, were delighted but I thought she was winding me up, to be honest, she had to show me the letter to prove it."
